9. Verification & Activity Requirements

If applicable, you may be required to purchase a product within 14 days of approval to maintain your access level. Inactive accounts may have certain privileges revoked.

10. Payments & Refund Policy

10.1. All payments are considered voluntary donations and are non-refundable.

10.2. We do not provide refunds in cases including, but not limited to:

  • Detection;

  • Downtime;

  • Delays in delivery.

In such cases, subscription time may be extended at our discretion.

10.3. Processes may be delayed up to 31 days. If this period is exceeded, compensation may be provided at our discretion.

10.4. We do not provide free or paid trials unless explicitly approved.

10.5. We do not accept PayPal. Accepted payment methods may include cryptocurrencies such as BTC, BCH, ETH, and LTC.

11. Prohibited Activities

The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination without refund:

  • Payment fraud;

  • Account sharing, selling, or transfer;

  • Reverse engineering, dumping, exploiting, or abusing our systems;

  • Redistributing loaders, accounts, or subscriptions;

  • Creating multiple accounts;

  • Leaking private information;

  • Selling or distributing invitations;

  • Recording private software without permission;

  • Inviting previously banned users;

  • Malicious activity intended to undermine the project.

We reserve the right to terminate accounts at our sole discretion.

12. Data Collection

We may collect technical information related to the system used to access the loader or software, including but not limited to:

  • Machine identifiers (GUID, HWID);

  • Display identifiers;

  • SMBIOS information;

  • Local SteamID(s);

  • Screenshots taken while the loader/software is active;

  • Other technical identifiers necessary for security and abuse prevention.

13. Community Conduct

13.1. Harassment, racism, hate speech, doxxing, DDoS, and similar behavior are strictly prohibited.

13.2. Misleading users, soliciting invites, or making spam/useless posts may result in warnings or bans.

13.3. Disciplinary actions may include:

  • Warning;

  • Temporary suspension;

  • Permanent ban.

Repeat violations may result in permanent termination.

14. Appeals

If your account is suspended or banned, you may submit an appeal via email:

We reserve the right to make final decisions regarding account reinstatement.

15. Privacy Policy

We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

18. Invitation-Only Access Policy

18.1. All products and services offered by TildaCheats are available strictly on an invitation-only basis.

18.2. Access to any product or service is granted exclusively to:

  • Registered users of the Website; and

  • Users who have received a valid invitation approved by TildaCheats administration.

18.3. Registration alone does not guarantee access. Access is granted solely at the discretion of TildaCheats.

18.4. Any attempt to purchase, transfer funds, or submit payment without having a valid invitation and approved access status will not result in product delivery.

18.5. In such cases:

  • No product, software, or service will be provided;

  • No refund, chargeback, or compensation will be issued;

  • The transaction will be treated as a voluntary transfer.

18.6. It is the sole responsibility of the user to ensure they meet all eligibility and invitation requirements before making any payment.
